Your Responsibilities:
- Provide support to management and team members with all administrative and organizational tasks
- Handle customer inquiries and correspondence via phone and email
- Prepare and manage invoices, quotes, and delivery notes
- Coordinate and monitor appointments
- Maintain and manage databases and documents
- Assist with the organization and execution of virtual meetings and events
Your Profile:
- Completed training as an office administrator or a comparable qualification
- Work experience in a similar position is an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Friendly and customer-oriented demeanor
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
