Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to management and team members with all administrative and organizational tasks
  • Handle customer inquiries and correspondence via phone and email
  • Prepare and manage invoices, quotes, and delivery notes
  • Coordinate and monitor appointments
  • Maintain and manage databases and documents
  • Assist with the organization and execution of virtual meetings and events

Your Profile:

  • Completed training as an office administrator or a comparable qualification
  • Work experience in a similar position is an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Friendly and customer-oriented demeanor
  • Independent, structured, and reliable working style
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
